One contestant sits in a chair under a water balloon, as the other tries to hit the bulls eye to cause the balloon to break showering the water down on the contestant below. This unique version of a reverse dunk tank game provides same level of fun and interaction, but with safety in mind using only a water balloon instead of hundreds of gallons of water. Soft juggling balls are used versus a hard baseball or lacrosse ball to also keep safety in mind.
